lundi le 31 mars

Joyeux dernier jour de mars! Demain sera l'avril!

In French today, we continued to practice French listening strategies by watching another informercial - this time for "My Lil' Reminder", a little gadget with...questionable usefulness. In the second block, we attended a double character education assembly recognizing the traits of inclusiveness and integrity. Congratulations to Nicole and Kevin for winning our class's awards! In math we learned how to find fractions and percentages of a whole number. For example, if you have 24 donuts and eat 1/3 of them, how many have you eaten (well, besides the obvious answer of too many!)? Finally, in media, we continued to work on our public service announcements. I was absent last week when the students started working on these, so I was very impressed with the quality of work they are producing! The finished products should be quite exciting!

For homework tonight, I'm still waiting on a couple of persuasive essays. If yours isn't finished, please have it in as soon as possible! Thank you!

See you tomorrow for the first day of April!
